Josh is a highly skilled and intuitive composer whose work spans film, television, animation, and contemporary dance. As an accomplished drummer, he brings a unique rhythmic sensibility to his scores, often blending rich percussion with a diverse mix of orchestral and electronic sound palettes.
Josh’s career began with AARDMAN ANIMATIONS on the AMAZING MORPH series, since then, he has lent his sound to global studios like NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC and DISNEY+ for the series SKY SHARKS. Along with his work with award-winning indie filmmakers on feature films such as MY ALASKAN JOURNEY, which earned international accolades in Toronto and Africa, Josh also creates library albums for industry powerhouses AUDIOMACHINE and AUDIO NETWORK.
Now based in Quebec, Josh is exploring the intersection of sound and movement through a close collaboration with choreographer Charles Cardin-Bourbeau. as part of a year-long residency with ZEMMOUR BALLET, he is composing L’ESTRIE TRANQUILLE—a new work inspired by the shifting Canadian seasons, set to premiere in December 2026.
